The Accademia Galleries in Venice




The Accademia Galleries in Venice, Giovanna Nepi Scire, editor, and copyright by the Ministero per i Beni e le Attivita Culturali, first edition in 1998, reprinted in 2002.

The book's section "15" features the final part of the Galleries' long Palladio corridor, mainly featuring works of Giovanni Antonio Pellegrini, Giambattista Tiepolo and Giannantonio Guardi -- on page 141, the Annunciation by Giambattista Pittoni, painted in 1757 and first displayed in 1777.

For liwaliw Pages this month, looked for images related to Christmas or December holiday themes from books I acquired in 2018. Purchased this title in Book Sale branch in SM City Manila, 29 June 2018.
